[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar card- karvy nanakramguda | |||
First time, came for father's aadhar card, there was no token system. One lady was manning the machine and kept breaking the queue to allow karvy officials and known persons. Second time, came for kids' aadhar card, took the token but the machine was not working. Was asked to come in the evening - again machine was not working. Third time again got kids and father for card modification. Was asked to wait, upon confirmation, waited for 4 hours was asked to come at 3:30. There was a queue at 3:30 where people who had taken token in the morning, irrespective of their slot turned up now and were being entertained. Flimsiest token system - where no sequence is followed, any number of persons can be clubbed under one token. Extremely unfair system. Staff knows only telugu and is not equipped to handle queries or exercise any justifiable manner of managing customers. No one else present to help or provide resolution.
