[Resolved] Karvy — address change rejected in aadhar

I had applied for address change for myself, spouse and minor daughter,
Had uploaded scanned colour copy of original sale deed which is a valid proof.
Got rejected saying invalid documents and error in transliteration

So much for digitization!
Either karvy does not know about the documents required as the documnts are originals.
