[Resolved]  Karvy — address change.. transliteration error again and again

From last 3 days i have tried multiple times to update my address in aadhar but every time i am getting the same error...

Your request 0000/00515/99229 has been rejected due to : transliteration error in the request field

Using the same address, i have updated my husband's aadhar card then why i am getting the error message for the same address while trying to update my aadhar card. Please help.

With reference to the above compliant, given URN number Rejected as “Transliteration error in the request”, I have Highlighted error in the screen shot, Hence Rejected. Attaching correct word in kannada which resident need to update the same.

What you suggested me to write ( ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ವಿಲಿಟಿ), it's English Conversion is "trans quality" which is not correct. My building name is "prestige tranquility", it's not trans quality.

Please suggest what to do now????

I am literally fedup now with your system.

I TRIED TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AS PER THE WORD SUGGESTED BY YOU(URN 0000/00516/16792), STILL ITS GOT REJECTED DUE TO SAME TRANSLITERATION ERROR.

WHATS GOING ON?
ITS A GLITCH IN YOUR SOFTWARE AND FOR THAT COMMON PEOPLE HAS TO SUFFER.
TILL NOW I HAVE TRIED MORE THAN 10 TIMES TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AND EVERYTIME ITS GETTING REJECTED FOR THE SAME TRANSLITERATION ERROR AND THE FUNNY PART IS THE SAME ADDRESS GOT UPDATED IN MY HUSBAND'S AADHAR CARD IN ONLY 1 ATTEMPT.
I ONLY DID THE ONLINE UPDATION FOR HIM. SO ITS NOT THAT I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG, PROBLEM IS AT YOUR END.
PLEASE RECTIFY IT AND PROVIDE ME SOME SOLUTION.
