[Resolved] Karvy — address correction rejected multiple times although valid documents submitted

I have tried updating my aadhaar address and has been rejected on multiple occasions saying "Invalid Documents". However, the document I have uploaded is in the list of valid documents. The PoA i have submitted is the "Signed letter having photo issued by registered company on letterhead" which is listed in the valid documents for address update. The most recent aadhaar address update URN is: 0000/00568/34196 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
