[Resolved]  Karvy — careless and reckless support service from karvy.

I had an account in karvy, which is deactivated for a while. I have requested for re-activation and sent all the required kyc docs along with the application form including aadhaar. While reactivation, they wrongly spelt my surname/lastname, which would be an issue for all transactions. I have raised a request to correct the same but they again asked the kyc docs. Initially they reactivated after 45 days of submit of my application. I told them i have recently submitted all the docs and it is not my mistake that the name is entered wrongly so please update. Since then it has been 10 days no one responded. Such a pathetic service they are giving to the customers.

I suggest to everyone not to open or trade with karvy. Being a loyal customer for more than 7 years, they haven't showed minimum acknowledgement for my request email.
