[Resolved] Karvy — complaint against salem karvy | |||
I have submitted all the original documents pertaining to mr t murugaiyan who had expired during 2013. His customer id is 13238677, before submission of the documents, the documents where verified by the section officer and branch incharge. Before accepting the documents they have asked some or other and i have filfdilled everything. Then only they have accepted on 17/07/2017. On that day i have not been given any acknowledgedment and they informed that the shares will be transmitted within a week's time. I used to contact personally in a gap of 20 days and they were telling some or other reason for not transmitting the share. Whenever i visit personally, they used to give email to their controlling office, with a copy to me. On 17/08/2017 i have been asked to pay the charges to be paid of rs 842/- accordingly i have paid the same on 17/08/2017. After that also i used to personally visit the office at the gap of 20-25 days. They used to tell cock and bull stories for not transmitting the shares. Atlast on 26/12/2017 they treated me very badly and they scolded me very badly which is against customer service norms and not warrented for a customer. Also they have told me to submit all the documents afresh to proceed further in this matter. But i have submitted all the original documents with the signatures of all the climents with the original notarised death certificate, legal heir certificate, cml, indeminity and so on. Submitting all the original again is impossible again and karvy has to inform me what happened to the original documents submitted by me on 17/07/2017.in this regard i have sent one complaint letter through speed post on 24/02/2018. There was no response. Again on 22/03/2018 i have sent complaint email to customer service section. Again i have forwarded the same complaint on 12/04/2018. There is no response to any of my communications. Under this circumstances i came to a conclusion that karvy will never respond to the customer communication. Atleast now i request you respond to my communication and resolve the issue at the earliset by communicating with your salem karvy branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
