Karvy — customer id a45099249 not activated past 5 months even after poa submission

Hi,
Demat account, customer id a45099249, name : mary shyla george was opened 5 months back.

Purchases too were made on this account. However when trying to sell it was not allowed saying power of attorney has to be submitted.
Even after sending poa through post there is been no activation of the account.

I've been sending mail every day to [protected]@karvy.com but not even any replies.

[protected]@karvy.com is the worst of all service network i experienced with.

Please intervene to either activate the account or return the amount that is spent on this account and close account.
I no longer wish to be a customer of such a worst company who recognizes their customers to the least.
