[Resolved] Karvy — dematerialization of shares

Sir / madam
I had submitted shares of 4 company for dematerlization all the shares were submitted by the same person at same time with identitcal documents for identity and signature verification
How come shares of 3 company are dematerlized while share of one company is rejected because of signature mismatch
The details of the shares submitted by me are
Reliance capital ltd - 4nos
Reliance infrastructure ltd -7nos
Reliance power ltd - 23nos
Reliance industries ltd - 190
Shares of reliance industry is rejected (Folio no[protected]
