[Resolved] Karvy — help regarding online aadhar address update

Hello team, I submitted an aadhar address update request on dec 9 and got the acknowledgement and bpo is karvy kdms. If i check the status with urn in acknowledgement it says verified but the address on uid id not updated. So i called the customer care today to know then they said the urn is not valid.
