Hello team,

I didn't received new share certificate for my old reliance capital ventures share..

No of shares: 19
If you want i can share my distinctive number as well..
Please respond asap.
Now i approached to change that certificate as demat there are demanding new certificate..
If possible please deposits my demat account
I can provide details for u..

RCapital Merger shares:
Please note that, as per the scheme of arrangement, the shares of Reliance Capital Ventures Ltd.(RCVL) merged with Reliance Capital Ltd(RCL) in the ratio of 100:5. As such 5 shares of RCL issued in lieu of 100 shares of RCVL.

The equity shares of Reliance Capital Ventures Limited stand cancelled and certificate(s) thereof in your possession may kindly be destroyed.

Since you are holding only 19 shares in RCVL (Folio number:[protected], you have been allotted NIL shares in Reliance Capital Limited.

In terms of the Scheme, no credit has been given for fractional shares. All fractional shares have been consolidated and sold. The warrant for the net sale proceeds, to the extent of entitlement pertains to Reliance Capital Limited bearing warrant no. 4211738 for Rs.510.28 has been dispatched to the registered address during 2nd week of February 2007 and the same stands paid on 21/02/2007. Kindly verify the same at your end.
