[Resolved] Karvy — Investor service - pfc bonds buyback | |||||
My application specifically stated that i would not like to avail of the buy-back facility. However karvy wrongly processed the application as a redemption request and the bonds were redeemed when the offer for buyback was not accepted by me. In spite of repeated emails, the standard response received by me has been that bonds are redeemed and details of credit to bank account are given. No further details have been forthcoming.
