Karvy — ipo application rejected but amount still blocked by bank

Dear team, I have applied for ujjivan small finance bank ipo on 4th dec 2019. For which an amount of rs. 29600 still blocked on my account, as per broker zerodha my application mv[protected] is rejected from bank side & bank is saying it is blocked for ipo, will i get the allotment or refund & by when. It has been more than 2 months i made multiple request of payout but none of them is getting processed .everytime they make some excuse like server down and doing horseplay.

I have requested for payout before one weak ago and till yet not received invited bank account.

I trused over Karvy and shift my demand from axis to Karvy but their dealing manners is really zero. They are not working in the right way or even on their words.
