[Resolved] Karvy — issue of duplicate share certificate

I spoke to mr. Mohsin and mr. Praveen for issue of lost share certificate of maharashtra scooters. Even though 4 months completed after submitting all the required documents, i don't know the status of my application for issue of duplicate certificate.
I request you to call the given telephone no. S u will shock to know that no one responds. Then why the following nos. Are given to the customers?!?!?!???
