[Resolved] Karvy — karvy not received - bonus shares of reliance industries ltd

As we all know, reliance industries limited declared bonus shares in ratio of 1:1 in september 2017. At that time i hold 80 shares in physical hard copy format. However i have still not received the bonus shares till date. Recently i got those 80 ril shares dematerialized in my karvy demat account in march 2019, but i have still not received the bonus shares. I received a message stating "Your Request 0000/00566/57829 has been rejected due to : Data mismatch in document and update request" i submitted latest electricity bill but then also I am getting such msg's, Pathetic.
