[Resolved]  Karvy — karvy online mobile app not working

I am highly disappointed with your service as i am complaining for the same problem again.

Before some days (17 th march 2018) i have raised a complain that the mobile app not working properly& you gave soluion that - 1. Settings — mobile network — access point name — make change like ipv4 and 2. App manager — storage — clear cache/clear data. As per your i tried it and for 2-3 times it worked but after that the same issue persist.

It is become a hactic task for me to login in your app and make transaction.

After 10 to 12 tries it allow me to login me (Diaplay error session expired)
And after this exercise it will give continue error like-session has expired login again /market.

Its a matter of great concern that the well known and well - esteemed firm like you is unable to give a permament solution to his client. Nowadays in service sector this type of service is completely unexpectable.
