[Resolved] Karvy — kyc under process from last 4 month | |||
Hi, I have placed my request for kyc way back in aug[protected]. Still my kyc is under process only. I have opened the dmat account and my dmat account is opened, i can purchase mutual funds through dmat account but i am not able to purchase the direct funds as my kyc is still under process only. And when contacted on[protected] karvy customer care they simply responded we don't deal with kyc, please contact kyc dept. Please help me to get the details. Was this information helpful? | |||

Karvy is usually in processing things. I had requested for account closure 1 month ago. Still it is pending. Not sure when this will be done.
