[Resolved] Karvy — mutual fund did not transfer to new broker | |
I had transferred my mutual fund from hdfc securities to other broker. Hdfc done all the documentation and they sent through courier regarding new broker details. Courier was sent through "blue dart" (Waybill no. [protected]) and (Reference no. Ddobd2806015) it has contains 2 mutual fund details. Dsp blackrock taxsaver fund and reliance taxsaver fund. After continues follow up with dsp cams and reliance karvy, cams finally transferred my funds to new broker but karvy is not giving single response. I am following up with karvy since last 2 months. I had called them on their customer service but no response. I went to karvy office at vileparle mumbai, but i didn't get satisfied answer from them as well. Please help me to sort it out.
