[Resolved] Karvy — mutual fund redeemed, still money got deducted from the bank account

I have purchased a icici prudential technology mutual fund earlier and after certain time i decided to redeem the mfs. So i contacted my agent and she said it will get redeemed. I also received a message from karvy stating that the mfs have been redeemed but today i received a message from my bank saying that the amount of rs.1000 has been deducted in favour of karvy.
