[Resolved] Karvy — no response after an lots of request convey over phone to customer care

My karvy customer id is 4823489. And i have an complained that my holding share details are not showing in cdsl account. Regarding this i informed to customer care as well as agent to look in this matter seriously. And they assured that i took your complain and your holdings details will update in cdsl with in two or three days. But still no update seen after an long time
Such casual approach after an repeated request is not praiseful. So i requested to you please resolve the same urgently.
Either i have to close my account in karvy due to poor service.
