[Resolved] Karvy — no response even after multiple email and calls | |||
Hi team, I have been alloted 150 quantity of shares of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd. But, when i have checked the demat account holding details online, shares of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd has not been reflecting in my demat account. On checking further with the customer care executive of sbicapsec, it has been brought to my notice that i have selected the old dp id while applying for the ipo and hence shares got alloted to the dp id. As per direction from broker, i have sent cml copy to the registrar i. E. Karvy in this case. But, it has been more than 10 days i haven't got any acknowledgment for my request. I have called them multiple time and also sent the emails but no reponse. It is very frustuating experience. Please assist Was this information helpful? | |||
