[Resolved]  Karvy — non-receipt of dividend for nocil

Karvy computershare is the rta for distribution of dividend for nocil in which i, minal dak, hold 500 shares through my broker vns finance. Owing to a mismatch in micr code, the dividend announced on 4th may 2018 was't credited to my bank account and i was told i would be receiving a dd for the same instead. No such dd has arrived in the months since and all my emails to kary ([protected]@karvy.com, cs. [protected]@kary.com) have remained unanswered. I have given the details of my client code and demat a/c code over email as well as my correct bank details. I wish to know why a dd wasn't sent to me for the dividend owed and request that the same be rectified as soon as possible.
