Want to redeem units of folio No.[protected].Accordingly request sent through mail (investor.[protected]@fidelity.co.in) but every time got message failure.
Since you are broker in the said fund hence arrange to do the needful at the earliest. These units were of amount of Rs.15000/- each in the name of Prateek Arora and broker was Karvy Stock Broking Ltd.

Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Investor,

We would like to inform that we are not the registrar for the Fidelity MF. Few schemes of Fidelity has been merged with L&T MF. Please contact CAMS, who are the registrar for this funds.
