[Resolved] Karvy — not addressing the emails on my demat shares

Hi, We have send reminder to karvy but they least bother to respond to the query. We have sent hul shares for demat they rejected on basis that certificates not received within 30 days. Dp provider documents with the status that karvy received well within 30 days. Now karvy not responding my emails. I have to escalate this if my query is not addressed Was this information helpful?
