[Resolved] Karvy — not properly work | |||
Respected sir I had given an application for the pan card of my family members (Ladies) before 2 months & after 2 to 3 days i was physically going & was asking for acknowledgement slip but they were denying by giving excuses like system is slow and others & now before 2, 3 days they returned me my pan cards by giving excuse that photo is not clear (We belong to muslim family & our ladies wear hijab.) so, is this the time to inform that your pan card application is not valid or has been rejected. And the person who are accepting the pan card application are not having proper knowledge because if they knew that the photo with hijab is not valid for pan card application than they would have informed me at the time of accepting the pan card application. I have requested for name and address update for my aadhar on 23rd aug 2017, and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00446/33626. For the last one week, the status is still showing as: "approval awaited for your request."
Kindly provide an update on this request so that i can further apply for other documents
