[Resolved] Karvy — not sending the physical share certificates | |||
I am an Overseas Indian Citizen residing in USA. I have requested Karvy to send my share certificates with Rain Industries. In spite of sending documents through courier including copy of PAN Card, passport, OCI card, Bank documents, Karvy never responds. I have called them many times from US, they always ask me to send another e mail or let them know my phone number. I was once told over the phone that the delay is due to the change in my name. It is VARGHESE P.K on the share certificate. They never tell me what I should do. I have given documents on name change including Indian Passports issued in my old an new names. It is now more than 2 months since I send the request. I am OK waiting, but I expect at least an E mail from them telling me what to do. Was this information helpful? | |||
