[Resolved] Karvy — online demographic change request | |
Hi There, I am trying to update new address and request was turned down with wrong reason. 1st URN - 0000/00516/36468 was uploaded with rental agreement, but this request was turned down stating that Transliteration Error in the Request Field . Thereafter I applied 2nd time with same POA document and it got approved (URN - 0000/00516/63775 ), But I realised that I missed to add one word. Thereafter - I reapplied again 3 times and it got rejected either stating Transliteration Error or document mismatch which is wrong. Had it been wrong it wouldn't have been approved . I request you to look into current URN 0000/00518/86516 . Current Status is Document verified and awaiting approval. Request you to process it to add missing word. Thanks. Jul 13, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Called them . It was my bad didn't do translation correctly. They guided me and I have to apply again.
