[Resolved]  Karvy — pan

I have applied for a pan on 27th july 2017 in the name of nirmala. Mb at karvy nsdl tin facilitation centre and my acknowledgement number is [protected]. And today its almost 27 days over and still the status of pan in online is showing as your application is under process at nsdl tin facilitation and contact[protected]/3/4/5. Whenever these numbers are called nobody picks. I want to know why there is so much delay in processing at karvy nsdl tin facilitation centre and also want to know the exact status of my pan application and when the pan number will be allotted as i am in very much need of pan.

Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

Thank you for writing to us . With respect to your query please note that your application for PAN made vide ack no. [protected] is currently under hold due to incorrect Gender mentioned on the Aadhaar card. As per Aadhaar data base the Gender provided is Male . Hence we request you to make the necessary corrections in Aadhaar database by visiting your nearest Aadhaar enrollment center and subsequently make the application for PAN.

With regard to your mail yesterday. I checked the Aadhar card and there it is mention as female only... I am not able attache the copy of the same..

kindly suggest me what has to be done now.
