Karvy — pay out from demat account is not being done to bank accounts by karvy broker

R rm3691 from Mumbai, Maharashtra

I have in my ledger account 37861.20 amount and three time made payouts but karvy is not transfering the amount to my bank account. Not only that when phone calls are tried they are auto answered as all exeutives are busy and try later. But whole day same messages are heard.
