[Resolved] Karvy — Payment not done after maturing idfc infra bond since march 16

I have purchased idfc bond in 2011 and matuarity date is 22 feb2016 but till date i have not received due amount. I requested to send my amount to my account via neft in icici a/c no[protected] at mathura since march. As per direction received on email, ihave send cancelled cheque and request letter to karvy office via registered post ru[protected]in on 18.06.2016. But karvy office not respond me anyway and i have loss of min 8% interest. Still i did not received my due payment.
