I"himanshu garg" has opened a trading account few months back in karvy ludhiana as my mother and sister were existing clients from last one decade. My client id is 02412532. I am already having demat account at icici direct and was very enthusiastic to build a long term relation with karvy but from day one mr. Saurav goyal poor attitude and response towards service has created a bad impression about the company as i am working in govt service sector, i ignored number of times thinking that he will improve his service but my patience losses today as i suffered six months because of his poor service. As my mother and sister are old clients they provided me da slipd to tranfers the shares to my account as they don't get enough time to review the stocks. My mother and sister came several times to the office personally but he least bothered to attend and moreover my sister personally gave axis bank cheque (Margin money) and kyc documents for updating rekyc details but he never responded to it. Whenever, i call he has never picked the phone or if busy never call back. I request the competent authority to take appropriate action against the staff as he has already created a big reputational, financial risk to the company.
