[Resolved]  Karvy — Refund not received

Dear sir,

we had applied for dhfl ncd bond on 3rd august for two name:

1 ) hitendra kantilal shah ... Application number[protected]
2 ) falguni hitendra shah .. Applicationnumber[protected]

both ruppes ten lakh each...

Our both application has not alloted any ncd.

On inquiry we understood that by mistake bank account number for us interchanged...

We have still not received our refund.

We visited three time your office at ahmedabad but they are not replying properly nor they acknowledge our complaint..

Finaly they gave us attached tracking number as per their system that refund sent on 18 aug but your office are not able to give us tracing number for post / courier detail

what to do? where to complaint?

please undestand that rs 20 lacs cheque after sending post for more then 10 days not receipt nor any tracking is causing heavy loss to us.

Please understand us and help

Dear Sir,

Our representative spoke to you with regard to non receipt of refund order. On verification of our records, observed that, the refund warrants has been dispatched through Speed post on 18.08.2016 vide consignment numbers: EN[protected]IN & EN[protected]IN and found from the speed post website that the said article is being delivered today.

We reiterate that, we have handover the refund order to speed post of August 18, 2016 and necessary acknowledge has been obtained. However, on speed post website, it is showing that the article is booked on August 24, 2016 instead of August 18, 2016. We are taking up, the matter with senior post master and revert at the earliest. We have sent a detailed mail along with the attachments

We profusely apologies for the un-due delay caused in this regard

I have been working in Karvy Stock Broking Ltd in Guwahati, Assam and left the company in 2006.Till date I have not claimed my PF amount.I have lost my employ id also.

Kindly suggest me how can i claim my pf amount
