[Resolved]  Karvy — repeated transliteration error in address change request

Request for change in address in the aadhar card has been submitted online thrice with the following details (Urn & date):
0000/00511/21388 dated 29/05/2018
0000/00511/75805 dated 01/06/2018
0000/00511/84901 dated 02/06/2018
Each time the request has been rejected for transliteration error. During the second and third submission every effort has been made to see that the details are correct.
