Request for change in address in the aadhar card has been submitted online thrice with the following details (Urn & date): 0000/00511/21388 dated 29/05/2018 0000/00511/75805 dated 01/06/2018 0000/00511/84901 dated 02/06/2018 Each time the request has been rejected for transliteration error.
