Reminder No - 7 Dear Concern, Dear Concern, I have not had the pleasure of your reply to my mails dated Sat, May 31, 2014 at 7:12 PM; Fri, Jun 6, 2014 at 11:28 PM marked as Reminder No - 5 & Sat, Jun 14, 2014 at 7:43 PM marked as Reminder No - 6 This has reference to mail dated Sat, May 31, 2014 at 5:32 PM, from [protected]@karvy.com<mailto:[protected]@karvy.com> stating - " We refer to our telephonic conversation as discussed we will be updating Rs 375 AMC for all the three accounts. We request you to please confirm the same for us to revise and send the bill accordingly." In this respect, I would like to state the following - a) I had received a call from a Lady Service Personnel of M/s Karvy but I had clearly stated that I would not like to discuss anything in this matter & that you are requested to reply to my mails vide mail only So your statement in mail dated Sat, May 31, 2014 at 5:32 PM as mentioned above duly underlined is not true. b) You have not answered to my queries submitted vide mail dated Thursday, May 29, 2014 10:59 AM marked as Reminder No - 4. The same is once again given below for your valued, belated & detailed reply. (1) DP 11266818 & DP 12147257 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC but in DP 11266809 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC for 2008-09. DP 11266818 & DP 12147257 transactions routed through KSBL trading account so, renewal amount is Rs.375/-+12.36% service tax =Rs.421.35 DP ID 11266809 renewal amount Rs.450/- + 12.36% service tax=505.62 Kindly explain why DP11266818 & DP 12147257 transactions were routed through KSBL trading account and not DP ID 11266809 in 2008-09???? (2) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 496/35 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 413/63 charged as AMC for 2009-10 DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 renewal amount Rs.450/- + ser.tax @10.3%=496.35 and DP ID 12147257 transactions routed through KSBL trading account so renewal Rs.375/- +ser tax @10.3%=413.63 Kindly explain why DP 12147257 transactions were routed through KSBL trading account and not DP ID11266818 & ID 11266809 in 2009-10???? (3) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 496/35 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 413/63 charged as AMC for 2011-12 DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 renewal amount Rs.450/- + ser.tax @10.3%=496.35 and DP ID 12147257 transactions routed through KSBL trading account so renewal Rs.375/- +ser tax @10.3%=413.63 Kindly explain why DP 12147257 transactions were routed through KSBL trading account and not DP ID11266818 & ID 11266809 in 2011-12???? (4) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC for 2012-13 DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 renewal amount Rs.450/- + ser.tax @12.36%=505.62 and DP ID 12147257 transactions done through KSBL trading account so renewal Rs.375/- +ser tax @12.36%=421.35 Kindly explain why DP 12147257 transactions were routed through KSBL trading account and not DP ID11266818 & ID 11266809 in 2012-13???? (5) DP 12147257 & DP 11266809 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC but in DP 11266818 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC for 2013-14 DP 12147257 & DP 11266809 transactions routed through KSBL trading account so, renewal amount is Rs.375/-+12.36% service tax =Rs.421.35 DP ID 11266818 renewal amount Rs.450/- + 12.36% service tax=505.62 Kindly explain why DP11266809 & DP 12147257 transactions were routed through KSBL trading account and not DP ID 11266809 in 2013-14???? c) In mail received from M/s Karvy dated Thu, May 22, 2014 at 12:41 PM from {<[protected]@karvy.com<mailto:[protected]@karvy.com><mailto:[protected]@karvy.com<mailto:[protected]@karvy.com>>>} Ms D Nirmala DP- Accounts who stated the following in her mail - " In all above bills our tariff for AMC renewal is Rs.450/- and Rs.375/- only. Because of service tax changes time to time slight veriation in the total amount." Kindly note the following - 1) In DP Id 11266809 I have been charged Rs 100/=; Rs 300/=; Rs 375/= & Rs 450/= plus Service Tax as AMC. 2) In DP Id 12147257 I have been charged Rs 110/=; Rs 300/=; Rs 375/= & Rs 450/= plus Service Tax as AMC. 3) In DP Id 11266818 I have paid Rs 505.70 by Cheque No 211731 dated 30/05/14 for Rs 505.70 Kindly find below the details - (A) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 505/08 charged as AMC for 2007-08. (B) DP 11266818 & DP 12147257 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC but in DP 11266809 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC for 2008-09. (C) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 496/35 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 413/63 charged as AMC for 2009-10 (D) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 496/35 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 413/63 charged as AMC for 2011-12 (E) DP 11266818 & DP 11266809 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC but in DP 12147257 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC for 2012-13 (F) DP 12147257 & DP 11266809 Rs 421/35 charged as AMC but in DP 11266818 Rs 505/62 charged as AMC for 2013-14 Kindly give your valued belated reply in details to my query marked as a); b) & c).
