[Resolved] Karvy — supreme petro chem ltd. - share certificates not issued yet

I had purchased shares of supreme petrochem ltd. And had the shares in physical form,
I had the shares in a joint account format where my friend was the joint account. With all the name change formalities and stamp duty paid i have sent all my share certificated to karvy headquarters in fort mumbai on 30-11-18 and also received the acknowledgement of delivery receipt by 3-12-18 by the courier service.
Till now i have not received my share certificates by changed name and i require it urgently as i also have to start the procedure of converting my physical shares into demat account.
I have tried all the karvy customer care number but i am not receiving any responses to my call.

How many days I'll have to wait, this is really urgent for my I thought online update will take 1-2 days only but it's taking very long now.
