Karvy — Transfer and closure of demat account not processed

I have submitted a transfer and closure request for my dmat account in november'2019 to the karvy goa office, they shut down their office and have still not processed the transfer of my shares to my other dmat account for which i have provided the client master list.
Their helplines are not responsive. Goa office executive of karvy to whom i have handed over all documents was ms. Suchitra bhat.
