[Resolved] Karvy — transfer of shares - pennar industries ltd. - folio n 0010175 | |||
Folio no. N 0010175. Transfer of shares were not effected even after submission of all the requisite documents as mentioned / required. My father (The fist holder) expired on 23rd november 2006 and i am the second joint holder. The documents were returned 4 times for reasons best known to them. Unnecessary expenditure towards notary, photocopy, postal etc., can be avoided, if the staff working in karvy puts in writing at the first instance what and which documents they actually need, instead of returning each and every time asking one or other document. I first submitted documents on[protected] visiting to office, which were accepted and acknowledged. At that time too, they have not informed the required documents. M/s karvy has returned the above, on[protected] asking some documents, which i have sent on[protected]Delay because as i was abroad), after getting confirmation through email from mr. Rajeev to do the needful on[protected]In response to my email dated[protected]. Again this lot was returned for reasons best known to them on[protected]. This also, i have resubmitted with all the necessary / required documents on[protected]. The funniest reason this time for return is "to provide colour xerox copy of pan card". I would like to advise that my pan card was obtained when first introduced and it is black n white card. Can't karvy do e-kyc of pan card which is available? I would like to get reimbursed all the expenses incurred from m/s karvy for improper guidance being given to the investors and troubling the investors. Even when contacted over phone on their toll free no., the front office people are not connecting to the back office personnel (Mr. Mallela subramanyam) who takes care of these issues. What is the purpose of having customer care, when the services are so bad and nasty and when the customer could not contact the person who deals with the issue? Now they say the pancard is not clear (Photo annexed). Today when i contacted their toll free no., (Mr. Basha) and asked for ceo or grievances cell no and email, they say they are not aware and to talk properly. Is asking the ceo or grievance cell no. For lodging complaint is improper? Is this the way an organisation functions? Troubling investors purposely by returning documents without mentioning the requisite documents at one go. I would like to request the indian consumer complaints forum to arrange for reimbursement of all the expenses incurred in this regard from m/s karvy and to see that the transfer of shares are effected.
