Karvy — Transferring shares from karvy pool to demat account

My demat account account with bo id : [protected] with karvy user id :[protected] has shares of multiple company. Still it is not transferred after many complaints .the shares of companies and quantity are :
1) reliance industries : 3
2)federal bank ltd: 2
3)pnc infratech : 5
4)punjab national bank : 7
5) Adani Green Energy ltd : 10
kindly resolve the issue.
