[Resolved] Karvy — transliteration error again and again multiple times

I am getting transliteration error again and again. I have submitted again. Kindly could you look into it. Urn is 0000/00536/33360. This request is also rejected with the transliteration error. Kindly could you send the details of why this is happening. This has been my 5-6th attempt of submitting the request.
