[Resolved] Karvy — transliteration error again and again urgent | |
Dear karvy team, Transliteration error again and again For the last 3 times i am trying to update my wife address in adhaar but every times i get the Transliteration error. First time i enter address in english the translation in hindi is totally wrong So i enter the right translation by entering the right phrase in english and this way i get the right Address in hindi too. After that i receive massage "transliteration error" 2nd time i have not done any correction but found same massage"transliteration error" Please short out this issue asap and revert also. Verified Support Aug 21, 2018 Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Applicant, You can call 1947 to resolve your grievance directly. Alternatively, you can follow the steps given below: Step 1: Download Google Input Tool for windows/Chrome from (Google Input Tools). Step 2: Mark the required local language for input. Step 3: Once you are done with installation open the Aadhaar update in chrome/any desired browser. Step 4: type the fields to be updated in English and check whether the translation for that word is correct in the local language. Step 5: If not select the local language in Google input tool keyboard and enter the correct input in the local language.
