[Resolved] Karvy — transliteration error in request field in aadhaar update

I am trying to update my address online on aadhaar website. However, my request has been rejected twice due to transliteration error in request field. Can you please tell me what error is happening so that i may submit correct request.
My URNs are as follows:

URN 1- 0000/00519/48616
URN 2- 0000/00519/69897

I am not able to figure out which spellings are wrong in hindi.
