[Resolved] Karvy — transliteration error on multiple submissions | |
I have been trying to update my address in the aadhar card. Via the online portal. Accessing the portal and entering all the information required including the attachment has never been a problem. But for some reason, the karvy bpo who is involved in processing the address change request has failed to update my address. Every time i log a new request for an address change and submit a proof. The bpo keeps rejecting my address change saying transliteration error. How can one be responsible for karvy's language translation error? We don't have a control and we do have a language barrier. It is impossible for someone to understand the language translation and correct them accordingly. Every time i update and submit my request is rejected with transliteration error.
