[Resolved] Karvy — unauthorised trading and loss

I have purchased 3016 nalco shares on nov 8 2017. I have also transferred 60000 ₹ into my demat account.in the month of february, nalco announced dividend of 4.7₹ per share. But i have recieved 4775₹only. My shares have become 1466. My ledger became zero. I used to get electronic contract notes daily. I am unable to understand what is happening with my account. I am contacting with an employee of karvy in bhubaneswar. She was saying that she was doing the trading on my behalf and nothing to worry and asking to wait. Please help me with this. But 2350₹ is credited to my ledger on March 5th which was not recieved by me. Please look into that.
