[Resolved] Karvy — unhelpful staff | |||
I have sent two tax free bonds of PFC & IRFC for revalidation and yet to receive the credit in the account except an acknowledgement of the receipt of the documents. Customer care is utterly unhelpful and don't act kindly. God help this country for having entrusted the dealing to such cheat companies. The acknowledgement for the IRFC BOND IS transaction reference no. 18154 & for PFC bond is 19871 & 19931. Its more than two months since I have submitted the warrants for revalidation and yet to receive the credit in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
