[Resolved] Karvy — update request rejected four times due to transliteration error | |
I have been requesting for online updation of demographic info through uidai portal for 4 times during the month of july 2018, but the same has been rejected due to transliteration error. I don't know what kind of services has been provided by karvy and similiar problem is faced by many other users. I could update my aadhar in past for three times during last 5 years but have never faced such an issue. Machine translated language is different than what is actually required to be written. I request you to please take up the issue on priority. Uidai has to ease and facilitate people for easy updation but not to harass people. Verified Support Aug 02, 2018 Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above compliant, we need to have the Aadhaar number, URN number and local language in which the updation is done for checking the status in the UIDAI portal.
