[Resolved] Karvy — [ urn : 0000/00518/30354 ] done aadhar address change online and physical aadhar card copy not yet received by post

I had done my address change in the aadhar card in the online uidai portal in the month of july 2018. It's showing up as if the address has been updated in the online but i have not yet received the physical aadhar card copy by post.

Please help me in this regard!!
