Karvy — urn 0000/00533/77809 update address since it shows transliteration error every time i try online to change address in aadhar

Several times while trying to update aadhar address online i got the message "your request has been rejected due to: transliteration error in the request field". This is the 9th time i have been denied my service. Pl tell me what is the transliteration error in my request. I seems that people are being forced to go to karvy deliberately.

Now today 25/09/2018 again i have tried vide urn 0000/00533/77809 please help and update with this time. Pl update my address.
