[Resolved] Karvyonline — payout request denied 4 times (not getting proper response from karvy online customer care) | |||||
Hello karvyonline [protected]@karvy.com, Could you please help me on below : I have already tried 3 times by my own to payout a sum of money (10000) on 28th of aug 2017, 29th of aug, 30 aug 2017 and then by calling customer care on 31st of aug 2017, i asked them to do this on my behalf, but next day i. E. On 1st september, amount is again showing in my demat account not in bank account. My client id is 4143903. I am really frustrated about this. Kindly suggest me if i can complain to police department about this forgery. Also what action needs to be taken? Should i mention karvyonline in fir or consumer complain is enough?
