Hello all, don't even think about joining or even attending interview ever in this so called company. I'm writing this on behalf of my close friend who joined this company and life was worse right from day 1 of joining.. First this company never gives an offer\appointment letter and makes only fake promises. They just send a mail stating your salary and will not give offer letter signed by the MD They will recruit you for a good profile and in the end they will cheat you and put you in other jobs which is totally not relevant to you .. There is no job security for any employees here(total employees is around 10 to 15 only) and every month one employee will be fired without any reasons and they will make you do odd jobs like doing personal work of MD too . You are surrounded by glass walls and MD will behave like police and will keep watching you through the glass walls and employees are not allowed to speak with each other. It's worse than a jail.. The company has one HR and he is a mouthpiece of MD and abuses all the employees and they have to be silent as they have left their jobs from good companies and joined this jail and have to work here without any options. You can never see a same employee here for more than 6 months as each month a person is fired or leaves the job due to mental torture given by HR and MD The current batch of employees working are being harassed on daily basis. My friend struggled and at last came out of this company within a very short span of time and now employed in an decent company.. This is 100 percent verified information and if required you can talk to the employees in sholinganallur office to know the truth about this horrible jail. Was this information helpful? | |||

This company is run in a professional way . The company is having a huge supplier base. Inspite of that the company is quickest in paying the amount to suppliers. The customers of the company are rated high and their queries are settled instantaneously.The roles and responsibilities of the employees are carved without ambiquity and the salaries to them are paid with in the same month. All the statutory compliances are followed religiously.

Basically this company is full of activities and people are hooked to some assignments almost. The HO is placed in a strategic place and good ambiance is prevailing. Unlike many companies, payment delays are not made intentionally and it is a positive point.
Drive is being made to bring systems like Tally and TASK software, it is Good.
ISO / SAP will have to be final destinations.
Employee retention may be addressed effectively.
Organisation chart making and fulfilling man power as per the chart is suggested.

Company's gesture towards its employees as well as out look on the society is good. They do respect their clients and customers in good touch. Any requirements, the management response quickly and solve it immediately.
Company is taking steps to diversify and expand verticals of the business & to grow as a predominant player in the market.
Verry worst MD. He's son and daughter sure affect in future. And his company will lose everything in future. Becoz of all employees sin.
