Below reply i received fro KAUNSA Customer care, which is not at all fair and acceptable. i have seen the same complain from the many customer. this is your policy to take advance money showing attractive product and when customer place order you start cheating giving 15-20 days delivery period. i got very will your policy. and got well you are a biggest fraud company. I REQUEST TO CONSUMER COMPLAIN AUTHORITY TO PLEASE PLEASE go through all complain against KAUNSA.COM. you will get what policy they have to cheat customer. MANY Customer are there who purchase seeing lowest price, but this company making full to that all middle class customer who not at all able to bear.
