Kaveri Travels — punctuality not maintained.

On 11.11.2018 myself alongwith my wife, son in law, daughter and her four children travel led from Mysore to Hyderabad by kaveri travel bus. When we arrived at 6 pm to the kaveri office in mysore one person was sitting there who was very much busy in watching some movie on computer. He hardly replied to our questions. There was no toilet arrangement in office as such ladies felt lot of difficulty. as the departure of the bus was at 6.30 Pm I went to the nearby masjid for offering prayer. while coming back at 6.15 pm I received call from my wife that the travel persons are hurrying as the bus is about to move. I told that bus departure is at 6.30 how can they move before that. I arrived at the spot from where the bust was to be moved at 6.18 pm then the staff was asking us to be fast to board the bus as they wanted to start early. The bus started at 6.20 pm. When scheduled time is given in the ticket as 6.30 pm why should they start early. When asked the staff was arguing that early start of bus is for the benefit of passengers. I told them that when I know that the bus departure time is 6.30 pm and when already my people are there at the bus office, I can even come at 6.20 pm after completion of my important work. However they insisted on the correctness of their action. After boarding the bus they started TV with full sound which was troubling a lot. When complaining they did not reduce the sound and till 8.30 pm I was to suffer on account of the irritation caused by the loud music. I can say that this was not a good experience. Actually I wanted to talk to the responsible person but I don't know their phone nos. If they are watching this review they may call me.
